Site viewings are subject to availability and prior appointments.
Any changes must be confirmed in advance.
Properties may be under surveillance.

Steps on How to Own a Foreclosed Property After Due Diligence
Fill out the Offer to Buy Form:
Begin by signing and completing the Offer to Buy Form, expressing your intention to acquire the foreclosed property.
Authority to Register:
Sign and fill out the Authority to Register form, providing the necessary authorization for the property registration process.
Submit Photocopies of Valid IDs:
Send photocopies of two valid IDs with three specimen signatures to establish your identity.
Dated Check to BDO Unibank Inc.:
Include a scanned dated check payable to BDO Unibank Inc., equivalent to 5% of the Indicative/Offered Price.
Email Requirements to JM Listings:
Forward all the required documents to your agent/broker at inquiry@jmlistings.com
Submission to Nearest BDO Branch:
Once validated by the Documentation Unit, submit the emailed requirements to any nearby BDO branch, where additional necessary documents will be collected.
Final Approval by Top Management:
After forwarding documents to the Manila office, Top Management will issue the final approval.
Additional Requirements (to be submitted within 2-3 days):
Certificate of Employment (COE, if applicable)
Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or payslip
Bank certificate
Marriage certificate
For business owners: Business permit and financial documents
