30% Equity payable 30 days from reservation date
70% Balance payable up to 3 yrs (with interest rates 1st-0%; 2nd-8%; 3rd-12%)
NOTES
(A) Reservation Fee of P100,000 is valid for 30 days only and is not refundable nor transferable, if balance is not paid in 30 days.
(B) Total Contract Price is inclusive of the VAT. Transfer fees to be paid by BUYER upon full payment of unit price. This could range from 4% to 5% or the latest tax rates per BIR regulation, whichever is higher.
(C) Units are furnished with standard furniture, appliances and curtains.
(D) All Post Dated Checks must be payable to the Developer’s name only as shown in the individual title. All wire transfers and direct deposits must be credited to the designated account/s of Developer only.
(E) Prices and discounts are valid until October 31, 2022.
